Your online code is your student number followed by your 2-digit birth date.
For example, if your student number is 00123 and you were born on January 3rd, your online code will be 0012303; if you were born on January 15th, your online code will be 0012315.

Buddy portraits are $15/per person in the group. The fee includes:
Scan your QR code slip that is given out on photo day to be notified as soon as the gallery is ready to view. This is the fastest and most efficient way for us to communicate important gallery information to you. If you have misplaced the slip, or need assistance with viewing your gallery, please contact us.
The gallery is expected to be live within two weeks after the last shooting date of your school. We’re diligently working to ensure that all images are curated and presented with the utmost care and quality.
Photo galleries are posted online within 1 week of the photo shoot. If you have placed an order, standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks for school photo packages and 3-4 weeks for grad, family and buddy photo packages. Digital delivery falls within the same delivery time frame.
Our team comes to your school and sets up a professional studio with multiple backdrops and props. We find taking photos on-site is more convenient for families and grads are in a familiar, comfortable setting.
Although there is no physical shipping of the product, there is still time involved pulling the digital images and packaging the files in preparation for ftp transfer to your inbox.
Log in to your gallery by visiting our website and clicking ‘View & Order.’ Follow the instructions and enter your online code and email address to access and enjoy your photos.
If you can’t find your code, feel free to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help you retrieve your code and access your gallery.
Our portrait sessions are complimentary with a minimum number of graduates. There is no financial commitment required to book our services. Our time is paid for through parents purchasing photo packages.
Photo galleries are posted online within 1 week of the photo shoot. If print catalogues are being sent out, the galleries are posted in tandem with the delivery date.
Yes. We have a separate catalogue and photo program for K-11 students. We provide ID cards, BCesis files and other products. Please inquire for more details.
No. You can work with us just for the fall sittings or you can solely hire us for just your grad events. We are flexible in the services we offer.
The Grad gallery is expected to be live within 2 weeks after the grad week is complete and all grads have been photographed. We’re diligently working to ensure that all images are presented with the utmost care and quality.
The School photo gallery will be live within 7 days.
School Photo Day dates will be posted on your school’s website calendar. If you will be away on photo days and would like a photo taken, please contact us about a private in-studio session.
Most importantly, we want you to wear what makes you feel confident. This image will be showcased in your school’s yearbook for you classmates and families to remember you by.
Tip: try shirts without logos or patterns that might outdate the photo or be a distraction. Neutral colours work well. The photo will be closely cropped for the yearbook so you may want to rethink any strapless shirts or dressess.
We provide a complimentary grad composite for your school along with other products based on the term you have signed on with our company. Please refer to page 6 in this pdf for more information.
We provide different complimentary products depending on the size of the school and contract term. Please call us to go over your requests.
Yes, we do! If you’re not happy with your original photos or missed your photo day, you can attend one of our scheduled retake days.
