After running 75+ physically distanced grad events during COVID in May/June – our team has the in-field experience to ensure your grad portrait session is not only a memorable experience but one that is in a safe environment with trained staff that care about your wellness.

TimeCapsule™ captures the 3 most important events throughout your grad year with dynamic photography and *cinematic video.
Event #1: Cap and Gown portraits (where we capture your iconic yearbook image) combined with our fashion station where you can bring props and a change of outfit that represents your style.
For schools participating in our video component, in addition to the cap/gown/fashion experiences, we offer our signature video interview station where you will get to thank your friends and family and tell us about you!
Event #2: Ceremony photography and *video coverage.
Event #3 (TBC): Banquet photography and *video coverage.

Your Program: Signature TimeCapsule Experience (Photo+Video)
View and order your photos online within 10 days after the last photo shoot day. Prints, and products ordered from this session are additional above and beyond your ‘Program Fee’. Your video interview is saved, edited and delivered at the end of the school year and is included in your ‘Program Fee’.

*The below video shows our most popular TimeCapsule™ experience including a cap and gown portrait session with yearbook photo, fashion photos and a video interview as part of your appointment. Buddy photos are additional and booked separately.
From your portrait Cap/Gown and Fashion portrait session (Event#1) you will be able to go online, order prints, digital files and gift products. A gallery link will be sent to your email address notifying you when the gallery is live. Your personal online access code is your Student ID number + Your 2 Digit Birth Date. Example: If your student number is 00123 and you were born on January 3rd, Online Code = 0012303 (Student ID Number can be found on your ID card and time tables and is the same from year to year).
When you login to your personal gallery, you will also have the opportunity to select your image for the yearbook by selecting 'Yearbook Pose' (red button in the the bottom left hand corner of the browser window). If your order deadline has passed, a GradsBC representative will choose the best yearbook image on your behalf. Your order deadline will be noted on the welcome message when you login to your gallery.
*If you participated in a video interview, this will be available to purchase in your online gallery along with the photos.
If your school is participating in our signature TimeCapsule™ experience, we will be providing cinematic highlight video coverage of both your Ceremony and Banquet, combined by our editors to music for a 3 minute highlight film that you can share with friends and family. *In addition to videography, we will have a photographer taking a photo of each graduate crossing the stage and receiving their diploma. Please be aware that every school has a different tradition on how they would like these photos taken; some are live on stage with the Principal, some are off to the side of the stage and some are done before the ceremony starts.

Individual Portrait Orders from Grad Session (Event #1) – Delivered 2 to 3 weeks from order placement direct to home.
TimeCapsule™ Event Products Including *Highlight Video – will be available at the end of June or early July depending on event dates.
