Q: Where can I find my gallery access code?
A. Your unique access code is your Student ID and can be found on your ID card.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Photo galleries are posted online within 1 week of the photo shoot. If you have placed an order, standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks for school photo packages and 3-4 weeks for grad, family and buddy photo packages. Digital delivery falls within the same delivery time frame.
